High toughness, the prints are resistant to falling and impact. Frosted texture on the surface of the wire. Printing Temperature/Speed: 270-280℃ at 50-100mm/s Platform temperature: 50-70°C with glue application Printing tips: We recommend using wear-resistant nozzles made of tungsten carbide or hardened steel to print engineering materials and replacing them regularly. Engineering materials have high shrinkage stresses and are prone to cracking when printed at low ambient temperatures. Therefore, closed printers or thermal enclosures are required for printing. Open prints have a higher failure rate. Drying Temperature/Duration: 70℃- ≥24h, 80℃- ≥12h, 90℃- ≥10h, 110℃- ≥4h Annealing temperature: 90℃-12H, 110℃-6H, 130℃-3H
