Items are shipped directly from individual sellers using carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL. Your payment is held in escrow until delivery is confirmed, and you're covered by buyer protection if anything goes wrong in transit.
Once your payment is confirmed, the seller has up to their stated handling time (1β5 business days) to ship the item. Most sellers ship within 1β2 days.
As soon as the seller creates a shipping label, the tracking number appears on your order page and you receive an email notification.
Domestic US deliveries typically arrive within 3β7 business days via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on the seller's choice.
After confirmed delivery and a 3-day inspection window, the payment is released to the seller β unless you open a dispute.
Estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing and high-volume periods can affect actual delivery dates.
Sellers ship through carriers integrated via EasyPost. The carrier is chosen by the seller based on item size, weight and destination.
Shipping costs are set by each seller and shown on the product page before checkout. Some sellers offer free shipping; others charge a flat rate. The shipping fee is added to your order total.
Total delivery time = the seller's handling time (usually 1β2 business days) plus the carrier's transit time. Domestic US orders typically arrive in 3β7 business days. International orders can take 7β21 business days depending on the destination and customs.
Some sellers ship internationally, others only ship within the United States. Each product page lists the countries the seller ships to under "Shipping & Returns."
GraGramp integrates with USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL through EasyPost. The seller chooses the carrier based on the item's size, weight and destination.
Open the order page from "My Orders." You'll see the tracking number, carrier and current status. Tracking updates automatically as the carrier scans the package.
First, check the tracking page. Carrier delays of a few days are common during peak seasons. If the package hasn't moved in 7+ days or it's past the latest estimated delivery date by 5+ days, contact the seller through your order page.
If tracking shows the package wasn't delivered, you're protected by our buyer protection. Open a dispute from your order page β we'll investigate with the carrier and issue a full refund if the item is confirmed lost.
Take photos of the packaging and the item before doing anything else. Open a dispute within the 3-day inspection window from delivery. You can request a full refund or a partial refund depending on the damage.
No. Import duties, customs fees and local taxes for international orders are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping fee shown at checkout.
Only if the seller hasn't shipped yet. Contact the seller through your order page as soon as possible. Once a shipping label is created, the address cannot be changed.
