1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GRA GRAMP ("gragramp.com," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, list items, or make purchases on GRA GRAMP. By using our platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Phone verification is required to list items or complete purchases.
3. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate and current information during registration
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the platform or other users.
4. Seller Responsibilities
As a seller on GRA GRAMP, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and honest descriptions of your items including condition, photos, and pricing
• Ship items within 3 business days of payment confirmation with valid tracking
• Package items appropriately to prevent damage in transit
• Respond to buyer inquiries and disputes in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the sale of your items
• Not misrepresent the origin, condition, or authenticity of items
• Accept returns and refunds as outlined in our Returns & Refunds policy when applicable
GRA GRAMP charges a commission on completed sales, deducted automatically from seller payouts.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
As a buyer on GRA GRAMP, you agree to:
• Provide valid and accurate shipping information
• Complete payment for items you commit to purchase
• Review items promptly upon delivery and report issues within the dispute window (3 days from confirmed delivery)
• Provide honest and fair feedback based on your actual experience
• Not abuse the dispute or return system
6. Prohibited Items & Conduct
The following items are strictly prohibited on GRA GRAMP:
• Counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives
• Controlled substances, illegal drugs, or prescription medications
• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Hazardous materials, chemicals, or recalled products
• Live animals
• Items that infringe on intellectual property rights
• Anything prohibited by applicable US federal or state law
Prohibited conduct includes:
• Circumventing our payment system or conducting transactions off-platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Using bots or automated tools to scrape data or manipulate the platform
• Shill bidding or feedback manipulation
• Creating multiple accounts to evade suspension
Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.
7. Payments & Buyer Protection
All payments on GRA GRAMP are processed through our secure payment system. We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfers, and other methods as displayed at checkout.
Buyer Protection: When you make a purchase, your payment is held in escrow until the transaction is complete. Funds are released to the seller after the buyer confirms delivery or the 3-day inspection window expires without a dispute.
GRA GRAMP acts as the platform facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to the sale itself.
8. Disputes & Returns
Buyers may open a dispute within 3 days of the confirmed delivery date if the item materially differs from the listing description, is damaged, counterfeit, or never arrives. Disputes must include photographic evidence.
Our team reviews all disputes and makes a final, binding decision. We do not accept returns for items that match their descriptions — all sales are final once the dispute window closes.

9. Intellectual Property & DMCA
Users retain ownership of content they upload to GRA GRAMP (photos, descriptions, etc.). By uploading content, you grant GRA GRAMP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.
Copyright Infringement (DMCA): If you believe content on GRA GRAMP infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA takedown notice to abuse@gragramp.com with:
• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the infringing material and its location on our platform
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature
We will respond to valid DMCA notices in accordance with applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability
GRA GRAMP is a marketplace platform connecting independent buyers and sellers. We do not own, inspect, warehouse, or guarantee any items listed on the platform.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRA GRAMP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY TRANSACTION CONDUCTED THROUGH IT.
Our total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the fees paid by that user to GRA GRAMP in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GRA GRAMP, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Items you list, sell, or purchase on the platform
• Any dispute between you and another user
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting legal@gragramp.com. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms.
Upon termination:
• Your right to use the platform ceases immediately
• Pending transactions will be completed or refunded at our discretion
• Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute between GRA GRAMP and a user shall first be addressed through our internal support process. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules, conducted in English.
You agree to waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of GRA GRAMP after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
