Estimated Shipping Time according to destination: Once your order is placed, we will ship the Product within the timeframes indicated on its product sheet (generally 1 or 2 business days) France metropolitan: 2 business days Europe: 3 to 6 business days Your Returns: You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the items to request a return from our customer service. To do this, simply contact us by indicating the order number and "Return Request" in the subject of your message. We will process your request within 24 hours. Items must be returned to us in their original and complete condition (to allow resale). We will automatically refund you upon receipt of the items in our store. If the item arrives damaged, we will offer you either an immediate refund, which will be partial or total depending on its condition, or the shipment of a replacement copy. Please include your order number and photos of any damage or defects in your request so we can assist you quickly. Order Splitting: To ensure a better experience and reduce packaging, we strive, where possible, to ship your order in a minimum of packages. However, if you have ordered Products with very different preparation times (and in particular Products to be released on pre-order), we may sometimes be required to split your order into multiple shipments. For Pre-Orders: pre-order items are shipped from their official release date, which may result in separate delivery from other products already available.
