Like display case new, unused condition. I found this (& other reels) in a display case in a bait shop that was closed for decades. I've only displayed them, never used them. This has been handled in the bait shop & at my house so it's not in mint condition but take a look at the pictures and you'll see it's in very good shape. Assembled in USA, parts manufactured in Japan. Produced during the late 1960s and 1970s I have a 2nd Heddon 222 in unused condition. I have several other vintage reels available.
